DINING AT THE MANY RESTAURANTS IN LANGEBAAN

Do not read this post if you’re hungry …

There are no shortages on restaurants in Langebaan! Over the years, we have visited a couple of these eateries and always had a great time with good food (and beautiful views).

Here follow a couple of the restaurants we have visited:

PEARLY’S

Pearly’s Restaurant was founded in 1993, is situated on the main beach and almost synonymous with Langebaan. Here you will find a wide selection of pizzas, burgers and seafood (to only name a few).

ROXY BEACH

Roxy Beach Restaurant is fairly new – it only opened its doors in December last year (2020). We have not yet visited this restaurant, but heard good reviews and with another spectacular view over the Langebaan lagoon, this could be well worth a visit.

KOKOMO BEACH BAR & RESTAURANT

Kokomo Beach Bar & Restaurant is another favourite for us to visit. We have tried their breakfasts, lunches and dinners and had a blast every time!

*Kokomo offers great specials … and a spectacular view over the lagoon*

You will find local cuisine, pizza, seafood and even gluten free options here. It’s a great restaurant with friendly service and quality dishes.

MARC’S BEACH RESTAURANT

This is another restaurant on the beach … yes, it’s truly popular in Langebaan to have a restaurant on the beach 😉. Except for their great food and amazing cocktails, they also have live music entertainment over weekends.

*Marc’s Beach Restaurant’s seafood is just the best!*

BREEZE RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE BAR

*Although Breeze Restaurant is not on the beach, it is still a very popular choice under the locals and tourists*

The cuisines at Breeze Restaurant varies between International, European and Healthy … you won’t be sorry you’ve visited this restaurant … the meals are well presented and very tasty!

*A variety of meals are offered as specials*

And drinks …

Together with all these delicious meals, there are also a wide variety of drinks on offer … whether it’s cocktails, wine, beers or even just a good old cold drink, you will find these at all the restaurants.

(Note: According to Covid-19 regulations and South Africa currently under Level 3, the use of alcohol is not being permitted in any restaurants)

*A glass of wine or beer is a winner on a hot summer’s day*

There are many more restaurants we have not mentioned here … but rest assure, there’s no way you will go hungry (or thirsty) when you pay a visit to Langebaan!

With the above in mind (although it may not look like it), we actually prefer to eat at home 😊. Berto is a great cook and we love spending our time in either the kitchen or around the fire outside.
