PHOTO CHALLENGE (Week 4 – Final)

WEEK 4 – FINAL

Photo Challenge – Week 4

Thank you very much to Nilla from Image Earth Travel for setting up this photo challenge … a Weekly Photo Challenge for one month.

Feel free to join in this photo challenge (everyone’s welcome). Show me your best photos, but let’s make this tricky to guess where the photos are taken.

If you participate in this photo challenge, this is what you need to do:

  • Post one of your favourite photos each week for a month (and it does not matter if you go into September).
  • The photo can be from any time and anywhere, so start sifting through those old memories and photo albums.
  • Post the photo without any explanation and ask your readers where they think the photo was taken for a little guessing fun.
  • Nominate someone each Sunday.

As this is our last photo for this challenge, we are not nominating anyone. But if there’s someone out there in the blogging world that wants to share their beautiful memories, please do so! We’ve really enjoyed this challenge – thanks Nilla!

Our fourth (and last) photo challenge is not really a challenge – it’s world-renowned and such an iconic landmark that we just had to include it in this series … we’re privileged to see this quite often.

    1. And you, dear Carolyn, get the main prize … a box of (virtual) sparkling South African grape juice!
Table Mountain – such a beautiful mountain. Though we’ve been up there a couple of times with the cable car, the most memorable trip was when we’ve hiked up Table Mountain on the Platteklip Gorge trail … just amazing views all the way to the top!

    1. Table Mountain is certainly one of the most beautiful (and iconic) mountains I’ve ever seen! And it’s quite interesting to think it should be flat on top (when you have a look at this mountain from afar), but when you’re on top of the mountain it definitely is not flat 😲 … it’s quite deceiving!

    1. Yes, Table Mountain is such an iconic landmark in South Africa (probably in the world). To hike up this mountain is quite special (but of course, there is the easy way up by taking the cable car 😉).
