WEEK 2

Thank you very much to Nilla (Image Earth Travel) for setting up a new photo challenge … this time, it’s a Weekly Photo Challenge for one month.
Feel free to join in this photo challenge (everyone’s welcome). Show me your best photos, but let’s make this tricky to guess where the photos are taken.
If you participate in this photo challenge, this is what you need to do:
- Post one of your favourite photos each week for a month (and it does not matter if you go into September).
- The photo can be from any time and anywhere, so start sifting through those old memories and photo albums.
- Post the photo without any explanation and ask your readers where they think the photo was taken for a little guessing fun.
- Nominate someone each Sunday. Today, we nominate Morag (Morag Noffke) for this challenge – Morag’s blog is creative and such an inspiration to live your life to the fullest … and her photo’s are beautiful! Morag, you can post wherever you wish although please link to us, so we know you accepted the #photochallenge. If you are not interested, then that is also cool and feel free to share this challenge.
Our second photo challenge for this month will be an easy one to guess … if you’ve done this before …

What an interesting photo, no idea where it is though?

Marion, that is one of my favourite pictures of our first Camino we’ve walked in Spain. I saw this photo on many blogs before we’ve actually done our Camino and was almost in tears when we’ve got to this particular spot … just realising we’re really there! It’s about 13km from Pamplona – a highlight for a walking pilgrim 😊.

I understand now why it’s so meaningful to you and that you almost cried when you arrived at the spot. I would have been just the same Corna. M.

No idea where this is, unless maybe on the Camino? But I like it!

You’re a clever girl Sarah! Yes, indeed a photo that we’ve taken on our first Camino in Spain. It’s about 13km from Pamplona and a very popular spot for pilgrims to take a photo here 😉. It’s called Alto del Perdon – an iconic sculpture dedicated to all the pilgrims who walk the Camino de Santiago.

The fact that I knew you’d done the Camino was a big clue 😆 I’m not surprised pilgrims like to be photographed here, it looks wonderful!

It’s the Camino. Had to do a bit of guessing, but as you have posted about it, it wasn’t that hard. Very lovely!

Dis ‘n baie kosbare foto vir my … ons eerste dag op ons eerste Camino! As ek terug dink aan daardie oomblik toe ons hierdie foto geneem het, kry ek so ‘n warm gevoel om my hart 💌.

Die Camino in Spanje roep my al so lankal. Ek hoop ek kry eendag die geleentheid om dit wel te doen.

Oeee Toortsie, gryp die geleentheid as hy hom ooit voordoen!
